



Gourmet Restaurant at the Alexander Hotel, Burnley
Our restaurant is an extension of the warm and friendly atmosphere of The Alexander Hotel.
Overseen by Chefs David Hoole and Carol Bottomley, who have both international and very local experience and influences in their cooking, the emphasis is on local, fresh food, cooked for your delight.
You’re sure to find flavours to suit your palate and mood from the varied and daily changing menu offerings. Ingredients are selected that are both wholesome and regionally sourced, for example Morecambe Bay prawns, Trough of Bowland lamb and cheeses and ice creams from local farmhouses.
